The Macallan presents The Macallan Double Cask Divided Experience – a culinary voyage marrying art, whisky, and technology. An innovatively multi-sensory culinary pairing experience, guests will be taken on a journey that intimately explores The Macallan’s Double Cask range, which includes The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Double Cask 15 Years Old, and also the Double Cask 18 Years Old.

Indulge in the culinary pairing of a specially curated menu by Chef Alain Ducasse. For whisky aficionados, the experience offers an unconventional, yet uniquely innovative way to savour a collection that has formed the cornerstone of The Macallan’s offerings – an experience to open guests’ palates through an aromatic ritual that infuses the air with notes of The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old.

The dress code is smart casual, and we respectfully request for gentlemen to come dressed in trousers and appropriate footwear.

Dinners commence at 7pm and ends by 10pm.

For the perfect gastronomic experience, the menu has been specially curated to pair with a selection of The Macallan whiskies only. We regret to inform that we do not operate a BYOB policy so that guests may fully enjoy the whisky pairing experience.
