- Each ticket admits one (1) to the attraction(s).
- To better regulate the crowd, visitors are allowed up to 1 hour in Floral Fantasy.
- Kindly note that re-entry is not allowed.

- Operating hours: 10 am - 7 pm on Weekdays and 10 am - 8pm on Weekends, last admission: 6.30pm on Weekdays and 7.30pm on Weekends (unless otherwise stated)
- Child (3 to 12 years old)
- Adult (13 to 59 years old) // Senior (60 years old & above)

- Admission ticket sold is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered.
