Suitable for non-swimmers

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult (above 21 years old); a maximum of 3 children and one accompanying adult can participate at a time

One session can accommodate up to 8 guests from the same group (toddlers included)

Guests are not allowed to bring their bags and other loose items, such as jewelry and other accessories (watches, rings, earrings, sunglasses, etc), into the water; small lockers are available on-site

Photography and videography are not allowed. An official photographer will be available on-site to capture the experience. Separate fees will apply for photographs purchases

All programs are held under proper weather conditions and are subject to change

Unless otherwise specified, refunds or changes will not be granted

Outside food and beverages are not allowed within Dolphin Island

Dolphin Island operating days are as follows:

October– Daily 10.00am to 5.00pm
November - Daily 10.00am to 5.00pm
4, 22-23,25 and 30 Nov: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Wednesday: Closed

All shows, public feeding sessions and character meet-and-greet are temporarily suspended until further notice

Ocean Dreams, Educational Programmes and Ultimate Marine Encounter Programmes are temporarily suspended until further notice.

Present your ID or passport for verification to redeem your ticket at the SEAA ticketing counter 20 minutes prior to the start of the program; late arrivals may result in the service being denied
